Come out and join community and friends as we reclaim baking as a wonderfully fun art form. Bring a recipe and creativity as we experiment and collaborate to create delicious masterpieces. Mark Buy Nothing Day by celebrating and creating community.

In mid-October of last year, Empowerment officially opened as a activist resource center, meeting space, and infoshop.. Over the past year we've hosted several dozen events ranging from potlucks, film nights, fundraiser parties, meetings, workshops, concerts, and more... We've torn down walls... literally. read more »
I'm wondering if anyone knows any good places in London to donate clothes and such items which I no longer need. I'm currently in the midst of cleaning out half my house in Mississauga, and will be moving back to London in September. I can't really find any good places around my place here that seem legit, so I figured I'd see if I can find suggestions for the London area.

CHRW's first audio documentary contest is over and the winners have been chosen. The 6 member panel judged the entries, which were submitted by Western students, high school students, as well as London and area community members.
