This London Commons meeting, like the last, will be at the Central Library Downtown on the library side of the cafe couches.
We are looking for as many people to come out and provide feedback and insight as possible!

Hey All,
I think it's time for an in the flesh LC meeting.
Please post agenda items as comments below, with a brief description if you wish.
The date and time are not set in stone, so if there is a better time/place please suggest it.
Also welcome are suggestions for outside facilitators (so hard to find!!) or reminders about anything I may have overlooked in this posting.
Hopefully a good few can make it out so we can have some much needed discussion.
If you have a laptop, please bring it to the meeting. A lot of work has been done on the development sites and we need feedback from people while we're working on it not after we've finished the work. E.g. please take opportunities like this to tell us what needs to be changed, instead of waiting until the site is upgraded and then telling us.
Please post other agenda items as comments in this thread.
All users of the website are welcome to attend and participate. We follow a process of facilitated consensus decision making that is pretty easy to get used to. More about consensus.

Another Site developement meeting. Alot of progress has been made on the upgrade, lots of new features now working solidly, still have a few more features to impliment, then its down to upgrading the current site.
few agenda items:
Feature Freeze - set a date to lock in features, and work on fine tuning everything
update planner file to show current progress
determine what other features are needed
release/upgrade date, possible launch party date
again, if anyone wants to help us, we need some users to go on and register with the test site, and test features, give us feedback etc. (keep in mind its still a bit buggy, so we need more than just 4 people testing it).
click here to get on the test site (you'll need to register a new user for most features, and the user account on the official LC.net won't work)
