Jack Layton is the only candidate for Prime Minister worth mentioning during this Canadian election. He is the only one with the integrity, and the policy, to put democracy back into government. As a progressive I will always pressure any political party, and corresponding government, to do what I feel will benefit my community via lobby, protest and the vote. But the NDP are the most susceptible to grass-roots influence - to our influence. They represent the working class, the middle-class, and the disenfranchised.  read more »
