A good way to use that paneer you just made
Chop onions and tomotoes up into mush (food processor works great, but I prefer taking out my frustrations on them with a large kitchen knife in each hand).
Add onions and butter to pot and sautee until they start to smell nice.
Add tomatoes, milk, salt and garam masala and cook on medium with the lid on for 20 minutes.
Add peas and paneer and heat for 5 minutes until they are heated through.
Serve with basmati rice.
