replaced with jpeg
I just replaced this image with an exact copy of itself in jpeg format. Originally it had been uploaded as a bitmap (.bmp) and the site had been unable to properly scale it down to a thumbnail, and whenever it was in the "Random Image" block it distorted the layout of the right side-bar.
