Its the first ever EMPOWERMENT night at the WICK !
A totally free showcase of radical music and culture...
Come celebrate radical music and culture with us at our FREE show at the wick on October 10th.
ILLOGIC, a radical MC from Toronto, who's been doing underground shows for years, will bless the mic. in London for the first time...
Richard Droste, your friendly neighbourhood war resister will be playing an acoustic set..
PARADIGM will be spinning some radical/conscious hip-hop in between sets
TESTAMENT will be doing a full set and premiering two new tracks!
some local punk bands, experimental, and other local hip hop artists will be added to the bill very soon!
If interested in jumping in on this event call Empowerment at 519-601-2547.. we would love to hear other artists with progressive/radical messages and have other local organizations and collectives set up tables too.
