Room for rent in a great house

Hi everyone, I'm putting this up
in the hopes of finding the perfect roommate, quickly and painlessly,
through people I know... any leads would be gratefully appreciated.

I am looking for a third person to move in with myself and a friend in the house I'm in on Emery Street E in Old South. Would prefer a mature, responsible, like minded person (masters student/arts community type), but open to anyone kind and interesting. There is one bedroom for rent in a full house with a large beautiful backyard (with garden and fire-pit), driveway and garage, laundry in the basement, directly on the bus route to UWO, close to all amenities (Wortley village area), hardwood floors
and lots of shared space. I would be open to a cat moving in, but no
dogs please. The house is really beautiful, I promise you will love
it. The cost is $575 / month and that includes rent, heat, hot water, electricity, phone and wireless internet.
This is actually a really great price for what you're getting at this
place. Its available for September 1st, but you may be able to move it
shortly before.

I will be out of town from August 3 - 19, so please please please contact me ASAP before then, as I would really like to have this all settled before I leave.
