There are roughly 1,000 Americans who suffer from strange, similar symptoms.

Ordinary, everyday people next door.

The list is growing.

There is no mental or physical illness that can cause all of these symptoms.

"But there is a technology that can."

And most Americans have never heard of it.

"People in the military

......go silent on this issue," says Slesin,

"more than any other issue.

......People just do not want to talk about this."

Louis Slesin, "Wonder Weapons", by Douglas Pasternak,

US News and World Report, 1997

Statement

The ACLA exists to create public, governmental and institutional awareness

......of neurological weapons technology and its effect on individuals.

Welcome to the American Cognitive Liberties Association.

This issue, for all its importance,

is underrepresented in our culture and media.

Please browse the sight, follow the links,

ask us questions and tell others about this technology:

how it's used and how it can be misused.

Mission

To create public awareness of neurotechnology and its effects on cognitive and physical liberties

To de-mystify this technology

To explain this technology in a clear and understandable manner

To compare the abilities of this technology to the symptoms of those filing complaints

To eradicate the stigmatization of individuals by sharing their experiences

To expose the developers of this technology

To end the non-consensual usage of this technology

Neurological Technology

Definition and Context

Neurological technologies use electromagnetic and sonic spectrums to affect human behavior.

The human body is an electrochemical system:

anything that disturbs the electrical impulses of the nervous system will affect body functions and behavior.

Just as drugs interact with brain chemistry to increase dopamine levels

or promote aggressive behavior, electromagnetic or acoustic frequencies correctly aimed

at the brain, central nervous system or body

and manipulated can affect thoughts, emotions and behavior

i.e. the amygdala regulates anxiety and fear.

The use of electromagnetic frequencies can also be referred to as neuromodulation.

In the beginning, individuals often have no idea what's happening to them.

But they tell similar stories and have almost identical symptoms.

Victims include former members of the military, family members of those in the military,

a former NSA employee, a former CIA employee and a biophysicist who worked on the early development of this technology.

We can't match all symptoms with all technology,

not only because much of it is still "black,"

but because each technology can do many things.

One technology alone can cover many symptoms;

many used in tandem could cause all.

Specific frequencies

whether sonic or electromagnetic

seem to be the determining factor these are heavily researched.

Brain printing

biofusion

alone could cause most of these symptoms and more,

although electromagnetic frequencies and acoustics can also be used.

“Cognitive liberties” is a growing field that developed in response to a type of neurotechnology

that is invasive and non-consensual.

Many Americans,

including ethicists, attorneys, scientists, and human rights activists,

are concerned that this technology infringes upon many individual rights,

not least the right to free thought.

Other countries are beginning to recognize the use of this technology as a human rights violation.

The American Cognitive Liberties Association exists

to create public, governmental and institutional awareness of neurological weapons technology

and its effect on individuals and their cognitive liberties.

The ACLA demands a congressional investigation into this phenomenon.

We demand that these weapons

however classified

are exposed,

along with the military research laboratories, defense contractors and research corporations that develop them.

We demand that this program cease immediately.

And we demand restitution for victims.
