It looks like who ever made the second site (itlooksgood) used the same program as phun physics (that I blogged about a few months ago).

HTML Restriction?
I used to be able to use the underline tag within the anchor tag to make the links stand out. But now the underline tag is being ignored.
Some new restriction since the site update maybe?
