At the London blogger meet up

Matti and I went to the London Blogger/Podcaster Meetup last night at Molly Blooms, and we were joined a bit later by Rachel and Mike.  There were a bunch of really friendly local bloggers, about a 12-15 people all together.  I also got to meet Greg who posts here quite regularly in person for the first time.

A lot of people brought business cards to the event.  I unfortunately didn't have any business cards myself or for the LC.

People seemed pretty interested in the site, so hopefully we'll have a few new members soon.

Of course what you're all wondering is what operating systems the other bloggers used on their laptops.  It seemed to be mostly Windows followed closely by some Macs.  I think I was the only one there running Linux.  Not sure where that places me on the nerdiness scaleWink.

The meetup happens on the first Wednesday of every month and lastnight was the 1 year anniversary.  It was also my first time going to Molly Blooms.  Not a bad place, but I've heard that during bar hours they scan people's ID cards into a machine...

Bottom line, I had fun and I'm looking forward to going again.
