copied from thomas' blog post on the subject.

Agenda for next meeting (please add):
FEATURES:

  • what features people are already using, will use if organized
effectively, or we might think of dropping (can't think of any myself)?
  • who will be using particular features the most?
  • how can we organize the site to suite users' needs?

DESIGN:

  • what design elements are we looking for most? Elements include: flexibility, personalization, and cohesiveness.
  • what factors dictate the layout of a site like this? (I think
reviewing other sites can only help broaden our scope of understanding
    of this issue.)

CONTEXT:

  • Catering to different groups in London. We should explore how to
make group pages more interesting with which blocks, block regions, and
styling we choose to shape the layout. Group pages need serious
consideration. A good question is: how can we make a group page more
like a profile page even? So that they feel unique/particular to that
    group.
  • Also, how can we broaden LC's usership/readership
