Audio Documentary Workshop

Interested in making audio/radio documentaries? 94.9 CHRW is hosting a free workshop on Tuesday March 25th from 7-9pm. Expert guest speakers will talk about what makes a compelling documentary, how to structure your story, various sources of sound to use, etc. Q&A to follow.

This workshop is open to everyone, however SPACE IS LIMITED so registration is required. To register, email chrwnd@uwo.ca with your name and phone number. You must be registered to attend the workshop.

Please note that this is not a technical workshop. It assumes that participants are experienced in and have access to basic audio editing equipment.

This workshop leads up to CHRW's Stories in Sound Documentary Competition -- see poster for details. Submit your 5-10 minute audio documentary on a topic of your choice and you could win!

First prize: $150, Second: $100, Third: $50. Finalists will be featured in a special program for broadcast and our website.
