eat my dust Armstrong!

So Lance Armstrong is the fastest human on a bike?  HAH!  I don't think so!

I WIN!!!!!

Disclaimer:  This photo may appear to have been taken in Madame Tussaud's was museum in NYC.  But in fact it was taken during a bona fide race.  In, err, France.

an inspiration

kamilla's tactic is smart. Not only has she mislead Lance in the opposite direction, but she has defied the biking dress code. YOU CAN RACE WITHOUT THE FLASHY SPANDEX CLOTHING. Thanks for inspiring me.... I knew I belonged somewhere.

Naaaa, they're heading back in!

The peloton is heading out, but our race leaders are heading back in to the finish - NOT!!!

hahaha

strange

maybe that nut cancer really messed with his sense of direction.. but it seems like the race is going the other way..

or maybe...

you picked up on that too eh? Maybe Lance is going in the right direction, and it's the rest of the race thats wrong. think about it... what would lance do?

Oh, Lance knows!

If you were in a race and a cute chick biked by going the other way, what would you do?

Lance knows what he’s doing.

Wot's that bike?

Hey Kamilla! What's that bike your're riding?

i think it's a trek

i zoomed into the original image, and the logo on kamilla's head tube appears to say trek.  lance's bike is a trek, so i wouldn't be surprised if trek sponsored the display.  product placement, in a wax museum.. er.. sports event?

what was your finishing time?

I don't think it's a TREK

If you look closely at the head tube, you will see that it flares at the top and bottom. That means that it is an "integrated headset." I don't think Trek builds bikes with integrated headsets. I am also put off by the headtube "badge." Trek either says TREK in a vertical manner on each side of the headtube as in the case with the bike "Lance" is "riding" on. Older TREKs had a badge which featured a stylized "T" formed by the spaces left by the material surrounding them. A kind of "figure-ground" illusion if you will. The badge in question looks like 3 overlapping ovals. I can almost identify it, but the pic is not that good. I also noticed that Kamilla's bike is sitting on a trainer.

Cheers

HEH

I have no idea what kind of bike it is.

But maybe  someone else around here knows?
