i'm guessing that this piece is in the public domain, which is actually one of the options in the creative commons license selection tool.
i'd suggest going back and changing it to public domain, just so we don't give anyone the wrong idea.
another thing you may not have noticed is that you don't need the underscore in your username.. spaces are allowed. that's possible to change too, you don't need to create a new account or anything. if you want to of course..
