my sister just told me that a woman approached her and asked for money to get a cab ride home to st. thomas, for her freinds left her here. she also used the line " im not poor, but can i have some money" . this is ironic because i too had a encounter with a woman just before the municipal election who fits this same discription and used the same claim and phase just mentioned. she is average height with short hair and a toque. she got into a car immediately after she approached my sister. beware
