This was just something that was on the ground near the gate to Ft. Benning during the SOA demonstrations on the Sunday. I think it was a pamphlet or programme that some one just wrote on... if you look close, you can see that there's type on the other side of the page... There's bandannas and lots of other SOA related literature with the same design on it.

The text can be kind of hard to read in places, so I looked at it in the hi-resolution raw image to see if it's any clearer. As best as I can tell, the text is as follows:
Communication- We don't protest you, you all are the [heros] that protect us. We protest in hopes one day you won't have to fight on day. We protest because we don't want anyone to die. Some day we won't have to protest and you won't have to fight.
