In November we Remember

I meant to post about this yesterday, but was busy writing something else.
November 19th, 1915 is when Joe Hill, the famous Wobbly bard was executed by the state of Utah. It's the month that the Haymarket Martyrs were hanged, and the month of the massacres at Centralia, WA and Columbine, CO.
There are many workers who've died fighting for social justice. Traditionally the IWW does something in November to remember workers who've lost their lives in the class-war. Since I'm the only Wobbly I know of here, I thought I'd at least post something. Worth reflecting on, especially after remembering veterans of state wars (who are workers too!).

joe Hill's Last Will
My Will is easy to decide
For there is nothing to divide
My Kin don't need to fuss and moan
"Moss does not cling to a rolling stone"
My body - Oh! - If I could choose
I would to ashes it reduce
And let the merry breezes blow
My dust to where some flowers grow
Perhaps some fading flower then
Would come to life and bloom again
This is my last and final will.
Good Luck to all of you,
Joe Hill
