I have been looking hard for opportunities to display my art in town and I haven't seen anything like this. I contacted the ARCFest folks awhile back to see about getting a few pieces hung, but I was way too late. The call-out was issued last winter!
I would suggest that we can have our own ARCFest this summer. The Regional Social Forum (of which I am an organizer) is a perfect venue for this sort of thing. I have made it publically known that I am interested in getting together a group of interested group of artists and others for the purpose of putting on an art event in conjunction with the RSF.
