A good way to use that paneer you just made
Chop onions and tomotoes up into mush (food processor works great, but I prefer taking out my frustrations on them with a large kitchen knife in each hand).
Add onions and butter to pot and sautee until they start to smell nice.
Add tomatoes, milk, salt and garam masala and cook on medium with the lid on for 20 minutes.
Add peas and paneer and heat for 5 minutes until they are heated through.
Serve with basmati rice.

howto cook basmati rice
it should be noted that cooking basmati rice is a bit different than regular or par-boil rice..
first start out with a heated pot, add a spoon of butter or margarine. Add the amount of rice you wish to prepare. Allow the butter/margarine to melt and start to bubble..
once the rice is a bit golden (and I mean faint golden.. ) add your water.
you want two parts water to one part rice.. so 1 cup of dry rice needs 2 cups of water.. bring to boil, then decrease heat to just below medium.. cover with a clean dish towel and pot lid (this is actually important, as it removes a lot of the excess starch).. usually takes about 15mins maybe 20 mins of simmering.. stir every few mins..
if you want some extra zing, you can add some fennel, turmeric, and a dash of mustard, to the rice just after it comes to a boil (when its starts simmering is best, as it won't burn the spice)..
